Shop Policy & Copyright Notice
Orders are only confirmed once payment is made. Available payment modes are Paypal (instant confirmation) or iBanking - for local orders only (transfer to be made within 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation email).
If you don't have a Paypal account, just proceed through and click "Pay with a debit or credit card" and fill in your payment details. Once completed, you will be redirected back to complete your purchase.
Alternatively, you can make the payment via iBanking. Bank details are in the order confirmation email.
All items will be mail out after payment is verified. Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your order. Once processed, it'll then be send out for delivery.
► For local orders, a notification will be send via sms/WA once it's ready for delivery.
► For international orders, a flat fee of SGD18.90 applies.
If you prefer expedited shipping, do let us know and we can work out a different option for you. Extra charges may apply.
In the case of returned mails, we will contact buyer for a reconfirmation of address and will quote buyer for redelivery price. Once payment has been made, we will shipped out the original item for 2nd attempt.
► Item(s) can not be refunded under any circumstances.
► Item(s) can not be exchanged and/or refunded in the case of wrong address. Please do verify before check out.
► Item(s) can be exchanged in the case of product mix-ups (colors not according to products are not allowed for exchanges. Please read description before you purchase).
► Exchanges are strictly on a case-by-case basis. Do drop us a note before proceeding.
► In the case of item(s) exchange, do drop us a note to get our return address. Please mail it back within 30 (thirty) days of purchase in it's original mailer/packaging indicating your full name, address & email address. We will get in touch with you once it has reached us.
*Damaged items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Custom Orders Policy:
We are open for custom orders. Just drop us an email to contactus(at)thespinkstudio(dot)com with subject header: "Custom Prints" or fill up the form here and our team of designers will be more than happy to assist you.
* Please note that it usually takes about 10-20 working days to conceptualize the first draft of a custom print design after payment is made.
By commissioning us (The SPINK Studio) to do a custom job for you (the client), you acknowledge that we retain all copyrights (unless otherwise acknowledged by both parties in a written agreement) and reserve all rights to upload the materials at our sole discretion on all social media platforms, prints and advertising purposes without any prior notice. We reserve the right to revise our previously quoted prices without any prior notice.
WITH EFFECT FROM 2015, we do not reproduce custom art works to ensure that every custom piece is exclusively yours! :)
While we do not anticipate this to be the case with most of our clients, The SPINK Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
